1.General Information<\/u><\/strong>
\u25ceLength: Abstracts must not exceed 300 words, excluding title, author names, and affiliations.
\u25ceLanguage: All abstracts must be submitted in English.
\u25ceSubmission Format: Abstracts must be submitted via the online submission portal using the designated template. Please note that tables and
\u3000figures are not permitted in the submission.
\u25ceDeadline<\/mark><\/u><\/strong>: All submissions must be received by 15 June 2025<\/mark><\/u><\/strong>
\u25cePresentation Format: Indicate whether the abstract is being submitted for an oral or poster presentation. The final presentation type will be \u3000
\u3000determined by the committee.
\u25ceAcceptance Notification: Authors will be notified of acceptance by early August 2025<\/td><\/tr>
2.Abstract Structure Each abstract should be structured as follows:<\/u><\/strong>
\u25ceTitle: Provide a concise, descriptive title (up to 15 words) that reflects the main topic of the research.
\u25ceAuthor Information: Include the full names of all authors, institutional affiliations, and email addresses. Designate the presenting author with an
\u3000asterisk (*).
\u25ceBackground\/Introduction: Briefly state the purpose or rationale of the study, introducing the research question or hypothesis.
\u25ceObjectives: Clearly define the main objectives of the research. Ensure these are specific and relevant to the conference themes.
\u25ceMethods: Summarize the methodology, including design, sample, data collection, and analysis techniques. Provide sufficient detail to convey the
\u3000rigor of the approach.
\u25ceResults: Present preliminary or final results in a clear, concise manner. Quantitative or qualitative findings should be included, as appropriate.
\u25ceDiscussion & Conclusion: Summarize the key findings and discuss their significance or potential impact on the field. Briefly mention practical
\u3000applications or future research directions, if applicable.
\u25ceKeywords: Include up to five keywords relevant to your research.<\/td><\/tr>
