| 1.General Information ◎Length: Abstracts must not exceed 300 words, excluding title, author names, and affiliations. ◎Language: All abstracts must be submitted in English. ◎Submission Format: Abstracts must be submitted via the online submission portal using the designated template. Please note that tables and figures are not permitted in the submission. ◎Deadline: All submissions must be received by 15 June 2025 ◎Presentation Format: Indicate whether the abstract is being submitted for an oral or poster presentation. The final presentation type will be determined by the committee. ◎Acceptance Notification: Authors will be notified of acceptance by early August 2025 |
| 2.Abstract Structure Each abstract should be structured as follows: ◎Title: Provide a concise, descriptive title (up to 15 words) that reflects the main topic of the research. ◎Author Information: Include the full names of all authors, institutional affiliations, and email addresses. Designate the presenting author with an asterisk (*). ◎Background/Introduction: Briefly state the purpose or rationale of the study, introducing the research question or hypothesis. ◎Objectives: Clearly define the main objectives of the research. Ensure these are specific and relevant to the conference themes. ◎Methods: Summarize the methodology, including design, sample, data collection, and analysis techniques. Provide sufficient detail to convey the rigor of the approach. ◎Results: Present preliminary or final results in a clear, concise manner. Quantitative or qualitative findings should be included, as appropriate. ◎Discussion & Conclusion: Summarize the key findings and discuss their significance or potential impact on the field. Briefly mention practical applications or future research directions, if applicable. ◎Keywords: Include up to five keywords relevant to your research. |
